Payment

All invoices are due Net 0 to maintain operational speed. Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of media assets, service delivery, or active project work.

Liability

Lumic Media LLC is not liable for market fluctuations, third-party platform behavior, public sentiment shifts, or changes outside our direct control, but is committed to aggressive execution of the agreed-upon strategy.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodology used to secure market share remains the exclusive property of Lumic Media LLC unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
