Refunds

Due to the irrevocable nature of our third-party media buys and data procurement, all fees paid to Lumic Media LLC are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Service agreements require a 30-day written notice of termination. Clients are responsible for all costs and fees incurred through the end of the 30-day notice period.

Third-Party Costs

Any funds already committed to advertising platforms, research vendors, software systems, polling platforms, or professional resource providers are strictly non-recoverable.
